Description

Located off of Route 2 and only a 10-minute drive to I-91, the site is near the transforming Millers Falls village center and along the scenic Millers River. The former paper mill complex currently has 8 buildings with over 211,000 sq. ft. over 6 acres. Owned by the Town of Erving, environmental assessment and remediation were completed 2020.

The Town is interested in finding a developer to bring the property back to productive use. The Town is interested in reuse scenarios that redevelop the historic four-story brick building and the former brick pump house along the river. The Town is also receptive to scenarios that clear a portion of the site for the construction of new buildings.
